Pemimpin Abusif Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan: Sebuah Kerangka Konseptual

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan utama. Pertama, menjelaskan secara teoretikal tentang hubungan antara pimpinan abusif dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kedua, penelitian ini mengusulkan model alternatif dengan mengkonsepkan locus of control sebagai variabel pemoderasi yang diharapkan dapat memperjelas hubungan antara pimpinan abusif dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review yang bersumber dari artikel nasional dan internasional bereputasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah kerangka konseptual yang diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang konsep pemimpin abusif, kepuasan kerja dan locus of control. Pengaruh negatif pemimpin abusif terhadap kepuasan kerja dapat diminimalisir dengan memperhatikan locus of control karyawan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan proposisi yang dapat diuji secara empiris untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
