Analisis Resistensi Pedagang Kaki Lima Terhadap Kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Gunungsitoli Studi Kasus pada Pasar Beringin Kota Gunungsitoli

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis resistensi yang ditunjukkan oleh pedagang kaki lima terhadap kebijakan pemerintah. Pedagang kaki lima, sebagai bagian integral dari perekonomian perkotaan, sering kali menghadapi dampak langsung dari kebijakan pemerintah terkait izin usaha, lokasi, dan regulasi lainnya. Penelitian yang bisa digunakan yaitu sesuatu pendekatan deskriptif dengan sesuai metode kualitatif. dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pedagang kaki lima di berbagai lokasi perkotaan. Analisis resistensi pedagang kaki lima terhadap kebijakan pemerintah melibatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang persepsi mereka terhadap kebijakan yang diterapkan. Pedagang Kaki Lima berkeinginan melakukan penjualan di atas trotoar. Terkait hal itu pemerintah Kota telah merelokasikan Tempat penjualan pedagang keterminal lama, tetapi hasil kebijakan Pemerintah Kota terkait relokasi tidak merasa puas, tidak setuju dan tidak adail bagi Pedagang Kaki Lima. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengeksplorasi strategi adaptasi yang digunakan oleh pedagang kaki lima untuk menghadapi dan melawan kebijakan yang dianggap merugikan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang dinamika antara pedagang kaki lima dan kebijakan pemerintah. Implikasi dari resistensi ini terhadap keberlanjutan usaha pedagang kaki lima dan dampaknya pada ekonomi lokal juga menjadi fokus penelitian.
