Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Kedisiplinan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Dumas Tanjung Perak Shipyards

Abstract
Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untk menganalisa dan menguji secara empiris yaitu variabel komunikasi dan kedisiplinan variabel bebanya dan Kinerja Karyawan terikatnya di PT Dumas Tanjung Perak Shipyards dan akan menjadi sampel nya adalah seluruh karywan yang di perusahaan tersebut yang berjumlah 173. Dalam perhitunganya secara statustik menggunkan sofware SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan disiplin kerja yang kuat, karyawan dapat menciptakan area kerja secara terorganisir, efisien, profesional. Berdasarkan pembahasan di atas bahwa H0 (hipotesis 0) dalam penelitian ini diterima yang artinya disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dan untuk variabel komunikasi, dalam penelitian ini ditolak yang artinya komunikasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, semakin baik komunikasi antara atasan dan karyawan, lebih mudah bagi mereka untuk melakukan tugas mereka, dan hasil yang diharapkan akan lebih baik pada akhirnya, sesuai dengan harapan semua pihak yang terlibat dan terkait
