Abstract

Penelitin ini mempunyai tujuan menanalisa dan menguji variabel Komunikasi, motivasi dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerjan Karyawan di Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Dan Permukiman Serta Pertanahan Surabaya, baik secara simultan dan parsial.Studi ini menggunkaan populasi yaitu karyawan setempat dan mengunkan sampling sebanyak karyawan yaitu sebanyak 35 karyawan. Medote kwalitatif yang digu nakan dalam penelitian ini dengan memakai SPSS sebagai alat hitungnya.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan T hitung untuk X2 sebesar 5,136, lebih besar dari T tabel sebesar 1,689, dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000, kurang dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan Ho tidak dapat diterima karena menunjukkan bahwa elemen komunikasi berpengaruh baik dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja tersebut tidak signifikan secara statistic yaitu tidak siknifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan , motivasi tidak berdampak positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja, komunikasi, dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama H0 ditolak, yang berarti bahwa ke tiga varaibel tersebut erpengaruh signifikat terhadap kinerja karyawan.
