Abstract

Pada penelitian ini mempnuyai tujuan yaitu untuk menganalis dan menguji secara empiris tentang variabel beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja Kutia KPPS waktu Pemilu 2024. Dalam penelitian mengunakan medote kwantitatif  dengan menggunkan populasi  KSPPS yang ada di lingkungan Kelurahan Wiyung Surabaya jawa Timur, dengan menggunkan sampling adalah ketua KSPPS sebayak 52 Ketua KSPPS. Hasil penelitian adalah menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja ternyata mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap indikator kinerja, lingkungan kerja memang mempengaruhi ukuran kinerja secara positif dan signifikan dan di hasil menyatak Data dan analisis di atas mendukung penerimaan H1 di mana yang merupakan hipotesis utama penelitian ini, yang menyatakan bahwa kinerja Kepala KPPS Desa Wiyung dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan baik oleh beban kerja maupun lingkungan kerjanya. Kinerja akan meningkat sebagai respons terhadap peningkatan beban kerja dan kondisi kerja
