Kontribusi Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Iklim Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RS Bhakti Asih Brebes

Abstract
Kinerja perawat merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat, di antaranya beban kerja, stres, dan iklim kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi beban kerja, stres, dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja perawat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di sebuah rumah sakit, dengan sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 109 orang perawat menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan 57,8 % beban kerja berat. Stres kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif signifikan dengan 65,1% stres kerja, sementara iklim kerja juga berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan 52,3% iklim kerja baik. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,622 menunjukkan bahwa 62,2% variasi kinerja perawat dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah beban kerja memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja, namun stres dan iklim kerja yang buruk memberikan dampak negatif pada kinerja perawat. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi rumah sakit untuk mengelola beban kerja secara efektif dan memperbaiki iklim kerja agar dapat mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kinerja perawat.
