Program “Independence Month Celebration 2023” dalam Upaya Employee Engagement Berbasis Hybrid-Method di Flip

Flip adalah perusahaan teknologi keuangan (financial technology) di Indonesia yang menghadirkan solusi keuangan berbasis transfer uang. Sampai hari ini, Flip sudah melayani lebih dari 12 juta pengguna dan 800 perusahaan serta UKM. Flip sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan kebijakan remote-to-hybrid-working system menghadapi tantangan pada masa post-pandemic berupa employee engagement. Namun, Flip pun telah menaruh fokus lebih pada employee engagement dengan berbagai gagasan kegiatan, salah satunya “Independence Month Celebration 2023”. Kegiatan ini secara terpusat diselenggarakan untuk publik karyawan Flip di Indonesia, Singapura, dan India sebagai tiga negara paling didominasi karyawan Flip secara hybrid. Peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif berdasarkan data wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, employee engagement dengan remote-to-hybrid-working system di Flip, diselenggarakan dengan memenuhi empat proses Public Relations yang dimulai dari problem identification, planning and programming, actions and communications, dan program evaluations. “Independence Month Celebration 2023” terselenggara selama delapan hari terhitung sejak 9 Agustus sampai 16 Agustus 2023. Sebanyak 174 partisipan berkontribusi dalam kegiatan ini dan memberikan penilaian 4.7 dari 5.0 keseluruhan evaluasi kegiatan.
