Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami kontribusi KH Ahmad Dahlan melalui Muhammadiyah dalam reformasi pendidikan Islam dan transformasi sosial di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menyelidiki berbagai program pendidikan yang didirikan oleh KH Ahmad Dahlan dan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif untuk mengumpulkan data primer, serta analisis dokumen untuk mendukung data sekunder. Temuan utama menyoroti bahwa Muhammadiyah tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai pendidikan Islam yang inklusif dan modern, tetapi juga sebagai pendorong nilai-nilai sosial seperti keadilan dan kesetaraan di Indonesia. Implikasi temuan ini menyarankan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dan penelitian lanjutan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak secara lebih objektif. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang mendalam tentang peran Muhammadiyah dalam membentuk masyarakat yang adil, berdaya saing, dan bermoral di era kontemporer Indonesia.
